I frequently get an error message that winword.exe has caused a "Runtime
Error" in Word that forces an abnormal program termination. Then, when I
restart word, I have to "load changes to the Normal template" to get back
into the program (clicking "No" to this question causes a problem). Once I
get back in, there is no problem recovering data if necessary, but the
frequency of this error is annoying. This occurred both before I updated to
Office XP 2003 as well as with the previous version. Does anyone have any
advice on how to resolve this issue?
