How can I respond directly to a user's form submission?

I recently started using InfoPath. I have created a complex form and have
been working with the submit feature. I'd like to be able to "respond"
through the form, after it's been submitted, to the user that completed the
form with questions or comments. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Pam, you can have more than 1 submit actions in InfoPath 2007. For
example, 1st you can submit data to the database and then you can send
email notification.
Please take a look at the Tools-> Submit Options in infopath designer.
