How can I restore a custom made database menu bar to the default .

I created a database and removed the view and tool option buttons in the
custom menu through the startup option. I would like to change the menu bar
back so the view and tools options are available. How do I do this?

Well it is pretty much the inverse of what you did to take out. Try to start
the database (holding the Shift key). Then click on Tools->Startup and
restore the missing check mark on the boxes.
