How can I restore Normal style?

I'm using Word 2000 SP3, and in an effort to try and learn styles I've been
playing around in the Style Dialog box, however I've screwed up Normal style
and don't know how to get it back - I can't find the normal.dot file
anywhere on my PC.

What has happened is that if I right-justify a block of text, *everything*
gets right justified. At the moment everything has to be justified the same
way- and many other effects happen across the board as well. I know it's my
fault, but if anyone could help I'd much appreaciate it, as its driving me
crazy!
