How can i restore permanently deleted CONTACT in Outlook?

My Psion Synchronizer has accidentally deleted the CONTACT section in Outlook
2002. Does anyone know how i can retrieve them? I am using a standalone PC,
running Windows XP.

Restore from your backup file.
Otherwise, you'll have to ask Psion.
