I have deleted a project and shouldn't have, how can I retrieve this
project?

I have been notified that restoring from the back up is feasible. I
will restore a copy of the databases to the test enviroment with a
using a different name for the databases.Then I will copy the project
to by desktop form project pro from test then import it into
production.
