How can I revert an update query action?

Hi I just screwed two days of work with an update query. Is there a way I can
revert this update query action?

Do you have a backup copy of your datafile? If not, then you may be out of
luck.

Unfortunately, no. The data has been overwritten and Access doesn't
keep a backup. If *you* have kept a backup use it... otherwise, I fear
you're out of luck.
