How can I save a video from an e-mail (MS Outlook 2003)?

I was sent an e-mail that contains a short video. I wish to save the video,
perhaps in my media player version 10.00.00.3646. Everything that I have
tried will not allow me to save it as a video, but will as a bitmap image.
