How can i save a word document to 2 places simultanious?

I need to be able to save a word document to two locations in a single save
session in Word 2003.

After each time i edit the word document i want it to save to my archive and
my desktop for instance.

Word won't do that. You would need to set up a Scheduled Task to copy
changed files to the archive. This is available in the operating system.
