How can I save individual sldes from a presentation?

I have received a Powerpoint Presenttion that has excellent pictures. I would
like to save them to my picture file. How can I do this?

Save As: Pick the image format you want. (saves entire slide)

Depending how the picture was added you might also be able to right click on
the picture > save as picture OR right click the background and save
background (as jpeg)
