How can I save Microsoft Project 2003 files to PDF format?

I need to save my Project 2003 files in PDF format so others who do not have
Project on their machines can still open and view my schedules. Anyone know
how I can do this? I've seen an add-on for 2007, but can't find one for 2003.

Hi

You may save the current view on your screen in pdf format. While printing
select the printer as pdf writer and the view would be printed in pdf format.

I hope it helps.

There are various 3rd party products available that you can use to
"print" to create a PDF file. It's not really an "add-in to Project. I
say "print" because that's how it works. Adobe Acrobat is the most
famous (and most capable with a price tag to match). CutePDF is free.
Many others exist. Check Google and software vendors. Once you install
this capability you can use it to create PDF's from any application that
can print.
