How can I save the settings of a dialog box once I've changed them

I'm doing lots of one-off merge emails. To speed up the process I want to be
able to save all the settings I've completed in the Mail Merge Contacts
dialog box - Tools - Mail Merge. Everytime I open the box all the buttons
have reverted back to their default setting. Is there a way I can change
this?

I'm running Outlook 2003 SP2.
