How can I schedule people on teams using the resource scheduler?

I want to use the resource scheduler on Access to schedule people on teams.
I want the people as the resources and the teams as the customer; only I want
to be able to pull up a team and find out what resources (people) are
scheduled for what times. Right now it's giving me the resources (people)
and what teams they are on. I need to rearrange the forms so the customer
info such as address, etc. is associated w/ the resources.
