Use a query with a criterion like

=[Forms]![NameOfYourForm]![NameOfTheTextbox]

I have only one table and I have created a form with a combo box that I was
able to populate using a column from the table, however, I can't figure out
how to use the selected item in the combo box to display relevent rows at the
click of a command button.
