How can I see the url in a hyperlinked image without clicking?

In the old version of Outlook I had you could instantly see the url in the
information bar at the bottom of the Outlook window. With Outlook 2003, the
only way I can see the url is to hover over the image and wait a few seconds.
Is there anyway to change the setting for Outlook 2003 to see the urls at the
bottom?

I'm trying to test some html email newsletters and this is really slowing me
down.
