I want to email my PowerPoint presentation to clients, but would like it to
open in Slide Show view, to make it easier and more professional.

Anyone know how to do this?

Gary M,
What Bob... said and how to do it:
Save the presentation as a PowerPoint show. In the save as dialog, click on
the arrow next to save as and choose *.pps as the file format.
Now send your presentation as an attachment and it will immediately start to
play when you open it.

Does it always have to go as an attachment or can it be viewed once the
receipent clicks on the email?

Is there anyway to do this so someone without powerpoint can view the show? I
sent a .pps file to someone without the application and they are having
difficulty viewing it.

Hi

Your friend will need to download the free viewer:
PowerPoint 2003 viewer:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...27-43AB-4F24-90B7-A94784AF71A4&displaylang=en
PowerPoint 2007 viewer:

Alternatively, you can use file -> package for cd -> copy to folder
(including the viewer - a tick box under options) -> zip folder -> send. But
to me, it's easier to send the pps and a link to the viewer download page :)
