How can I set up the system so when I look at an email I know it'.

In Groupwise, we have a phone message template that we could use to indicate
to staff they had a phone message. In Outlook, I cannot find any such
template and it is difficult for some staff to distinquish between an email
and a telephone message. Has anyone fixed this?
