How can I share a graphical view with people who don't have MPP?

I would like to provide soft copies of my Gantt (graphical) project plans to
others who don't have Microsoft Project software. I see that I can do this by
saving plans in html format, but I'm not aware of a way to generate a
graphical view in html.

I am currently using Microsoft Project 98. I have the option of upgrading if
there is another version of the software that will allow me to do this.
