There are several of us using MS Project and want to use the same calendar
(corporate calendar) when setting up projects. How can I share this? We do
have shared drives that we can all access. Any ideas? (I'm new at this, so
please be specifice in any answer) Thanks for your help!

If you are using Project Server 2002 or 2003, your Project Server
administratot can create the calendars in the Enterprise Global file, and
everyone will get them when they log into Project Server through Microsoft
Project Professional. If you are using Microsoft Project in stand-alone
mode, do the following:

1. Open a project containing the calendar
2. Open a blank project
3. Click Tools - Organizer
4. Use the Organizer to copy the corporate calendar to the blank project
5. Save the blank project on the shared drive

Each MS Project user would then need to open the blank project, click
Tools - Organizer, and copy the new calendar to their Global.mpt file.
Doing so will make the calendar available in every new and current project
for each use who performs this action. Hope this helps.
