How can I share my MOC contact groups with others?

I just spent a lot of time creating a very well structured, comprehensive set
of groups & contacts for my work group in MS Office Communicator (MOC). I
would like to be able to "export" (or similar) the full list/structure so
that others can "import" (or similar) as a starting point for setting up
their own groups.

We are trying to migrate to use MOC in place of another "Instant Message"
application. However, probably the biggest roadblock in getting the group to
do so is the time lost in abandoning their existing contact list
(non-MicroSoft) & having to spend the same time I just did to re-create a
logical structured group.

Please advise.
