How can i share my outlook 2000 calander with outlook 2007

I have a computer w/ outlook 2000 and need to share my calander with a
computer with outlook 2007. My first computer has xp the second has vista.
Any ideas? I have tried all the microsoft online help aids but no progress.

without Exchange this is only possible with 3rd party tools.
