How can I share Outlook with my wife with POP e-mail accounts

Is there a way I can configure Outlook 2003 so that I can have my own Folder
with all the normal "e-mail subfolders...ie... sent, trash, junk" and then
able to set up another Folder for my wife's e-mail accounts with her own
Folder with all the e-mail subfolders?

Oh forgot to mention that all of our e-mail accounts are pop3 accounts.
