How can I share Toolbars and Menus

Hi, I have been trying to figure out how to share my
toolbars and menus for excel on the network so that when
the master file changes so does everyone that is using it.

If any one knows a quick and dirty way to get around this
I would appreciate it.

I build the toolbar on the fly with something like:

And for menus, I'd start with John Walkenbach's MenuMaker workbook:

And maybe even combine them.
