And what would these resources be doing?
You may want to investigate the Analyze Time Phased Data in Excel (Analysis
Toolbar). You can export the desired data and make excellent graphics in
Excel.
You can certainly configure the Resource Usage View with information and
then Copy/Paste into Excel as well.
Other than that, in Project2003 there is not too much more you can do
graphically. in Project2007, you can create templates and the like under
Visual Reports from the Reports menu on the menu bar.
