How can I show other apps on the presenter display

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

Doing webinars and need to show slide show on one display, while reviewing questions, controlling calls, etc in GoToMeeting on other display. Can't find a way to turn off presenter display so that I can use other apps. Has anyone found a solution?
