How can I show that the bullet point on a slide is the last one

I have a presentation that has various slides each with differing number of
bullet points. I have added custom & preset animation onto them so that on
each click another bullet point appears. I need to signal to myself when the
last bullet has appeared so that I know that my next click will take me to
the next slide.
There are 190 slides in this presentation (I pity the audience!) so please
tell me there is an easier way than going back and inserting a "secret"
symbol at the end of every "final" bullet point?

Instead of the "secret button", how about using a navigation button that
takes you to the next slide, set to animate on when the last bullet point is
reached:

1. On your first slide where you want this button, click "Autoshapes" on the
Drawing toolbar, highlight "Action Buttons", then click the "Next" button
2. Draw a small button on your slide in an empty location.
3. Click "OK" on the "Action settings" dialog box.
4. Make sure the size and fill color are acceptable.
5. Right-click the button and click "Custom Animation".
6. Set the entrance to "Dissolve", and set the timing to "After Previous".
7. With the button selected, press CTRL+C to copy it.
8. Press PGDN to go to the next slide and press CTRL+V to paste the object.
9. Repeat Step #8 until done.

Shouldn't take you more than a couple of minutes!
