How can I show the exact cipher that has 19 numbers in excel?

I am trying to to set a cipher of 19 numbers in a cell and it round of the
four last numbers. How can I solve it that it shows it all?

Format the cell as text. With numbers, Excel only works to 15 significant
figures.
