Try starting Outlook one time with the command line switch /resetfolders.
Start->run->outlook.exe /resetfolders
If that doesn't work, then you may need to run the command /resetnavpane.

|| ||| How can I show the outbox in office 2K3 ?
||| I cannot seem to find the setting to allow me to show the Outbox in
||| the same
||| way I used to using Outlook Express.
||| Thanks.
||
||
|| I have the navigation pane on and list shows the inboxes for all the
|| accounts I have configured but not the Outbox, like I said in
|| Outlook Express it showed the outbox and if you had problems sending
|| mail from the outbox then I could delete the mail by going into the
|| outbox.
| Now as I cannot see the outbox I cannot delete any mail from it
| The main reason I need this is because I have mail in the outbox that
| will not send for some reason so I thought if I could delete it I
| could then try to recompose and send it.
| Thanks for your advice all the same.
