How can I show the strikethrough in a sentence?

I need to type a name and yet show the name and the strike through, how do I
do this?

Highlight the text, right-click on it, choose Font, put a check mark in the
box next to "Strikethrough" and click OK.

Or simply add the Strikethrough button to your toolbar from the Format menu under customize.
