Your web site is either a frames site or it is not a
frames site. Frames do not apply to individual pages.
If you want a single page to look like a frames pages,
you might consider emulating one with tables.
As far as the "already full of content", I would suggest
you create another page the way you want and cut or copy
& paste the content from the old page into the new page.
