How can I split one large VCF file into separate contact files without losing any information?

I have collected contacts from different phones and email accounts over the years, and now they are all stored in a single VCF file with hundreds of entries. Sharing or importing the entire file every time is inconvenient, so I want to break it into individual contact files. My concern is that important details like multiple phone numbers, email addresses, profile pictures, company names, and notes should remain exactly as they are after the split. I am looking for a reliable way to do this without damaging the original contact data.

A large VCF file becomes hard to manage when it has contacts from many phones and email accounts. The main thing is to split it without changing saved fields like phone numbers, emails, photos, company details and notes.

For this task, WholeClear Split vCard Software is a useful Windows based option. It can split one VCF file into separate VCF contact files and keeps contact details intact during the process. It also supports vCard 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0, so it works with VCF files exported from different platforms.

You can preview contacts before splitting and save the output files at a selected location. Its free demo lets you test 25 contacts first, which is a good safety step. Also, keep a backup of the original VCF file before starting.
