how can i start minimized

Is there anyway i can start outlook minimized on the tray when i start up my
pc,it's a bit of a pain having to start it everytime i switch my pc on.I can
get the program to start on full screen but not minimized.Thanx......

I tried this but it's outlook 2003 i'm using i forgot to mention and this
doesn't work

right click on the outlook button in the systray, minimized when start!

Outlook 2003's systray icon doesn't seem to have that option. The closest I
can find it "Hide when Minimized".
