The Old Philosopher
After receiving mail, I notice that it has not been sorted into
subdirectories. I go to rules and discover that the active checkbox next to
the rules applying to the newly received mail has been unchecked. I've
rechecked the rules about every couple of days. I think it's connected to my
using the same pst file at home and at work. I copy it to work and then bring
it back so I have all my email and appointments with me. But this never
happened with Outlook 2002.
