How can I stop PowerPoint from automaticaly changing font sizes?

As I add text to a PowerPoint slide, the font size automatically re-sizes. I
want to prevent or turn off this re-sizing.

Go to the Tools menu and choose AutoCorrect Options. Click on the
AutoFormat as you Type tab. Uncheck the two boxes for Autofit title text to
placeholder and Autofit Body text to placeholder.
