Using the Subtotal function how do I subtotal by page break? My spreadsheet
is 3800 rows and I need a subtotal at the bottom each page.

Go to Data -> Subtotals and follow per the wizard.

The wizard does not allow for subtotal after each page break. Here an
example of the data I need a subtotal at the end of each page in the column
titled Amount.
