how can i synchronise an office and a home calendar in Outlook

I have a desktop at work and a desktop at home, the office machine is on a
VPN with broadband access and the home machine is on broadband. What is the
simplest way to ensure that meetings/appointments that I enter into each is
updated, preferably dialy, in the other.
