How can I take ppt presentation with me (on CD/memory stick) if i.

Since my clips are in quicktime, I can only figure out how to attach it in a
presentation by linking it to the document on my hard drive. What do I do
when I need to take the presentation with me to a conference? The clips won't
run well from a CD, right?

It depends on whether you have created the presentation carefully with
distribution/re-location in mind. Were all of the clips in the same folder as
the presentation **BEFORE** you inserted them in the presentation? If so, the
folder can be moved to another system via removable memory and everything will
work.

Place all clips in the same folder as the presentation. Then you can insert
them in your presentation. Never insert any file that isn't already in your
presentation folder.
