how can I tell how full my email (outlook) is

my computer is very slow and I need to delete files. Does outlook use up a
ton of space? How can I tell how full it is

The fact that your computer is very slow has nothing to do with how full your
outlook is. The reason you have a slow machine is because your system tries to
load all sorts of things at boot up time. You can do something about this but
as this is to do with Windows XP( unless you have Windows 7 or Windows Vista ),
