how can I tell if a shared contact is updated?

We use Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. If a user has contacts shared with
another user - let's say permissions = Reviewer. Is there a way to notify
the Reviewer if the Owner makes a change to the shared contact record? If
not, is there a way for the Reviewer to tell when the Contact record was last
updated? Thank you in advance.
