How can I transfer an Excel worksheet onto an Access database?

Follow the wizard form there.

This assumes you meant "transfer Excel into my Access table that already
exists"

Actually, it is probably safer to assume that I know absolutely nothing about
Access. The worksheet is already set up, but I guess what I need to know is
"okay, now what?" Thanks for your help.

It really depends on what you are trying to accomplish...why do you think
you need to transfer your Excel worksheet into Access? There are plenty of
legitimate reasons, but I need to know yours
