How can I transfer an Office 2003 licence to a new computer?

I have student licence of Office 2003 that was installed on 3 PC's and duly
registered. Now I want to uninstall one version and reinstall it on a new
laptop, but I know of no way to tell MS that I unistalled one of three
previous registered copies and there is no way to get the 4th install to be
registered properly.
What am I supposed to do? Just buy another copy of Office?
