How can I transfer outlook 2000 contacts to my cell phone?

Is there a way to copy my Outlook 2000 Contacts list to my cell phone??

Depends on your cell phone. Different phones have different sync/upload
programs. I have an LG-6100 and use BitPIM to snyc Outlook data to it.
