How can I turn off Calendar Sharing?

I administer a Small Business Server 2003. All the users' calendars and
contacts are shared across the Domain. Anyone who wants to view anyone else's
events or contacts has carte blanche.

Default and Anonymous are set to "None." Still, anyone can access the
personal folders of anyone on the network.

Is there a way to stop this unwanted sharing? Is it a "feature" of Small
Business Server 2003?
