how can I turn on right click of mouse on e-mail

When I try to right-click on an e-mail, I only get a faint outline of the
box. after 4-5 minutes, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Any
thoughts?

Actually, I am looking for help, I hope Milly (mvp-outlook) or somebody might have something useful

Perhaps a video driver issue.
