How can I unfreeze curser in Excel 2007?

How can I unfreeze my curser in Excel 2007? Arrows move screen not curser.
I rebooted Excel, however the curser remains frozen.

Jim, may be the 'Scroll Lock' in your keyboard is ON. Turn in OFF
