How can I UNGROUP a Cross Functional Org Chart in Visio?

Hello.

In visio, I choose the Cross Functional Org Chart. I would like to ungroup
it but it will allow me to do so.

The error message I receive is:
"Shape protection and/or Properties prevent complete execution of this
command."

Please help.
Bear in mind, I am in visio and here are my steps:
1) File new
2) Choose drawing type
3) I have chosen cross functional org chart

How can I ungroup it?
