How can I UNLOCK Word Pad to edit spacing & MAKE CORRECTIONS?

Just me

I have been typing a simple Resume on Word Pad. When I finish & save & print
it, I can't go back to edit. It says at the bottom of the page on the tool
bar space that it has been LOCKED. I did not lock it. I want to play with
spacing & edit. I can't do anything. Please help.

WordPad isn't part of the MS Office suite. It came with your operating
system. If closing and reopening the file on the harddrive doesn't
correct the issue, please post your question in one of the groups that
has your operating system in the title. Also mention the location you
have "saved" the file.
