how can i upgrade my pc to use office 2003?

I have windows ME and can't use office 2003. WHat can I do to chnage it so I
can download office 2003.

If you want to use Office 2003, you have no option but to upgrade your
operating system.

Office 2003 will only work with Windows 2000 (SP3), Windows XP or Windows
Server 2003.
