how can i upload my web-page useing on to the net and witch web hoost can i
use with PowerPoint.

Are you trying to upload a Web page, a PowerPoint presentation, or a Web
page made from a PowerPoint presentation? PowerPoint isn't really a good
tool for creating Web Pages, and PowerPoint has no built-in facility to
upload Web pages. You will need to get space with a Web hosting company and
use whatever tools they provide to upload your Web page.
