How can I use different fonts in the same table?

I need to store in my database, names of places in many
different countries.
All the names are in Latin letters but some of them in
English, some in Germen or Turkish and some need one
letter with underling in the middle of the word.
In “MSword” I use the Insert \ Symbol but the ACCESS
doesn’t have this feature.
How to solve this problem?
